Riverwoods Flooring ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please call or email for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Riverwoods Flooring uses only the best shipping companies from coast to coast to insure low cost, fast, damage free delivery. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information, you will also be contacted by the shipper to schedule your delivery. Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. We have a 200 Sq/Ft flooring minimum that we will ship, orders under 200 Sq/Ft will be cancelled. Items marked as Free Shipping require 300 Sq/Ft or more.
Residential orders are shipped with curbside business day delivery (M-F) with a lift gate truck to lower the pallets to the ground at your curb.
Your flooring is carefully packaged to ship to you and should arrive in good condition. If there is any shipping damage or shortage, the number of cartons that are damaged or short must be noted on the driver's delivery record at the time it is delivered. NEVER REFUSE A SHIPMENT. When inspecting for damage, please note that it is not unusual to have damaged cardboard that occurred during shipping or handling without having damaged contents. Shipping damage to the actual flooring is rare, but it does occasionally happen. If this occurs, separate the affected cartons, and count the number of actual pieces damaged. Your replacement or credit is based on this amount, and will be rounded up to the number of cartons needed. Do not dispose of the damaged pieces or cartons until directed by us, as they will become the property of the shipper if they so choose.
